Larksfield & Arlesey Medical Practice OLD, Stotfold & Arlesey

This patient survey is being carried out by the Larksfield and Arlesey Medical Practice Patient Participation Group (LAMP PPG.) The practice are aware that they need to improve their services for patients. There have been a number of changes to the ways people can book appointments from June 2024 and an increase in GP sessions . This survey will be repeated in six months time to measure what difference has been made to patients’ experience. The findings from this survey will be shared with Care Quality Commission (CQC) when they visit and the Integrated Care Board (ICB) who commission services as well as with you as patients through our Newsletter. Please note that this survey is not a means to raise a complaint about the services at LAMP, and if you have a complaint or feedback of any kind please follow the process set out on the Practice Complaints page: www.larksfieldandarlesey.co.uk/practice-information/suggestions-comments-and-complaints. If you are unhappy with the response from LAMP you can also complain to the Ombudsman as well as : The ICB via blmkicb.contactus@nhs.net The CQC who regulate the service via www.cqc.org.uk/give-feedback-on-care Please note the survey should only take around 5-10 minutes to complete and there are free text boxes at the end where you can expand on your answers from earlier. Please think about your experiences of LAMP for within the last six months when completing this. Paper versions of this survey will be available in the surgery waiting areas for those who do not have access to the internet to complete. These should be posted in the Survey boxes at each Practice site. Thank you for participating !
